Alexander Ubach-Utermöhl

Managing Director

The head of it all. Alexander Ubach-Utermoehl founded the PropTech Booster together with Marc Stilke from Immobilien Scout in 2016. He built the program with the basis of his deep knowledge and broad network in the real estate industry. Next to the guidance of the teams he regularly moderates panels and travels all around the globe to spread the word about proptech aswell as to uphold partnerships in the community and aquire new international relations. Alex is a brilliant strategist who is always thriving, which his coworkers really cherish in him. When he actually has some free time, he loves to spend time with his family and riding his motorcycle.

Sarah Schlesinger

Managing Director

Sarah joined blackprint Booster in January 2019 as Managing Director. Her focus areas are now the Development of the Accelerator and the PropTech Community as well as the expansion of the Investor-Network. Her Background inherits several years in the operations and marketing sector at mfi now know as Unibail Rodamco-Westfield. In 2014 she founded her own PropTech Startup in the interior design and restoration sector. In January of 2019 she was honored with the German ``Exzellenzpreis 2019`` in the category ``Manager and Maker``. In her freetime she enjoys spending time with her two children, watching marvel films and SUV's.

Giannina Faktor

Junior Project Managerin

Giannina is here since January 2019. She manages the projects in the Booster like the Accelerator program, does international acquisition, market monitoring, planning of international events and office management. She was born and raised in Frankfurt, but studied in London at Cass University Business School where she did her masters degree in entrepreneurship. She loves to spend time with her friends and jogging.

Jill Herpich

Junior Online Marketing Manager

Jill is part of the team since January 2018 and responsible for the sector online marketing and social media. Next to the boosters social media accounts, she writes blogposts, is responsible for the homepage and generically involved in everything surrouding the online marketing field. In her freetime, she is active as a volunteer dance teacher and leads zumba fitness classes in gyms and sports clubs. She loves her little dachshund called “muffin” and reading crime novels.

Jakob Schulz

Senior Program Manager

Jakob knows it all! He is the secret genius of the booster-team and is here since April 2016. Nobody could imagine the team without him. His tasks include the acquisition of new teams and their guidance in the program, which also contains the organization of the workshops and coaches, as well as the sector human resources and maintenance of the homepage and its infrastructure. In his freetime he loves to live the more analogue lifestyle by playing piano and engaging in the volunteer fire department.

Mark Tornow

Business Development

Mark came to us in September and supports us in the section Business development and Consulting. He can share a broad knowledge of this topic from working at Bain & Company. He is currently a student at RWTH Aachen where he is working on his dissertation (very similar to Sebastian who also did his doctorate there). In his free time he likes to hunt and spend time with friends.

Rame Metaj


Rame joined the team in March 2018 to do his obligatory internship for his study in real estate industry, which in October turned into a working student position. He is originally from Winterbach near Stuttgart. He supports the team by his work in research and supporting Jakob with the companies database. He loves to go on walks to really calm down and think about anything.

Felix Schuster

Graphic Designer

Felix joined the team as a working student in June of 2018 to support us in the section graphic design in addition to his study program “time-based media” at Hochschule Mainz. He enjoys photography, specifically animals and nature, this is also where he likes to spend his free time. His last adventure was his trip to Australia from June 2017 to February 2018, where he not only studied “graphic design” in Melbourne but travelled all over the country.
